Сварочная проволока СвАК5 ГОСТ 7871-2019 для TIG-сварки

Сварочная проволока СвАК5 изготавливается заводом "Авиаль" по ГОСТ 7871-2019. Проволока СвАК5 в прутках применяется для TIG сварки в среде защитных или инертных газов алюминиевых сплавов.

  • Для сварки изделий из технического алюминия (АД1, АД0 и т.д.); имеет лучшую по сравнению с СвА5 стойкость к горячим трещинам.
  • Для сварки конструкций из прессованного профиля из сплавов серии 6ххх, АД31 и им подобных. После анодирования имеет серый цвет.
  • Для ремонта литых изделий из кремний-содержащих сплавов.

Сварочная проволока СвАК5 изготавливается заводом "Авиаль" по ГОСТ 7871-2019. Проволока СвАК5 в прутках применяется для TIG сварки в среде защитных или инертных газов алюминиевых сплавов.

  • Для сварки изделий из технического алюминия (АД1, АД0 и т.д.); имеет лучшую по сравнению с СвА5 стойкость к горячим трещинам.
  • Для сварки конструкций из прессованного профиля из сплавов серии 6ххх, АД31 и им подобных. После анодирования имеет серый цвет.
  • Для ремонта литых изделий из кремний-содержащих сплавов.

Формы поставки проволоки СвАК5

Проволока поставляется в виде прутков длиной 1000 мм с маркировкой сплава на каждом. Прутки упакованы под вакуумом в барьерную плёнку. Масса пачки 5 кг. Выпускаемые диаметры: 1,6 – 4,0 мм.
