Сварочная проволока СвАК5 изготавливается заводом "Авиаль" в точном соответствии с ГОСТ 7871-2019. Проволока СвАК5 в кассетах применяется для полуавтоматической сварки в среде защитных или инертных газов алюминиевых сплавов:

Сварочная проволока СвАК5 ГОСТ 7871-2019 для MIG-сварки

Сварочная проволока СвАК5 изготавливается заводом "Авиаль" в точном соответствии с ГОСТ 7871-2019. Проволока СвАК5 в кассетах применяется для полуавтоматической сварки в среде защитных или инертных газов алюминиевых сплавов:

  • Для сварки изделий из технического алюминия (АД1, АД0 и т.д.); имеет лучшую по сравнению с СвА5 стойкость к горячим трещинам.
  • Для сварки конструкций из прессованного профиля из сплавов серии 6ххх, АД31 и им подобных. После анодирования имеет серый цвет.
  • Для ремонта литых изделий из кремний-содержащих сплавов.


Формы поставки проволоки СвАК5

Проволока поставляется намотанной на кассеты рядным способом. Типы кассет: D200, D300, BS300, D302 (10 кг), K415 и др.
Кассеты упакованы под вакуумом в барьерную плёнку.
Выпускаемые диаметры: 1,0 – 4,0 мм.
