Сварочная проволока СвАМг5 ГОСТ 7871-2019 для MIG-сварки

Сварочная проволока СвАМг5 изготавливается заводом "Авиаль" по ГОСТ 7871-2019 и полностью ему соответствует. Проволока СвАМг5 в кассетах применяется для полуавтоматической сварки в среде защитных или инертных газов алюминиевых сплавов АМг5 и серии 5ххх с содержание магния свыше 3,5% (Mg>3.5); а также для сварки сплавов АД31 (и подобных) и серии 6ххх, когда требуется повышенная прочность соединения и соответствие шва основному металлу по цвету после анодирования. Обладает более высокой прочностью, чем 5183 и 5356 за счет повышенного содержания магния Mg и марганцаMn.

Сварочная проволока СвАМг5 ГОСТ 7871-2019 для MIG-сварки

Сварочная проволока СвАМг5 изготавливается заводом "Авиаль" по ГОСТ 7871-2019 и полностью ему соответствует. Проволока СвАМг5 в кассетах применяется для полуавтоматической сварки в среде защитных или инертных газов алюминиевых сплавов АМг5 и серии 5ххх с содержание магния свыше 3,5% (Mg>3.5); а также для сварки сплавов АД31 (и подобных) и серии 6ххх, когда требуется повышенная прочность соединения и соответствие шва основному металлу по цвету после анодирования. Формы поставки проволоки СвАМг5

Проволока поставляется намотанной на кассеты рядным способом. Типы кассет: D200, D300, BS300, D302 (10 кг), K415 и др. Кассеты упакованы под вакуумом в барьерную плёнку. Выпускаемые диаметры: 1,0 – 4,0 мм.
